Update: managed to find a temporary solution by denying the culprit app's (shopee app in my case) access to storage until the company fixes the app. hopefully u will find the culprit appītw, u have to totally kill off/force close the app first b4 testing it out do this by giving priority to recently installed/updated apps prior to this case happened. delete those files first, then launch 1 app n leave it for few seconds b4 opening file manager to check. maybe u can try these steps (which i used to find the culprit n it's a bit pain in butt). In my case, its the shopee app the culprit but i'm not sure if it's the same for ur case.

to confirm on my finding, i installed the app on my other sony n xiaomi phones (not effected b4 installation), n these files were created after i launch the shopee app. the previous version didn't produce these 2 files. after a bit of testing, i've found out the cause of this come from the shopee app itself (the latest version to this date of 18th April).
